Хыянат
Хыянат йәки ғәһед — кешенең үҙе, уның яҡындары йәки кешеләр берләшмәһе тарафынан ҡабул ителгән анттарын аңлы рәүештә боҙоу йәки баш тартыу, был нормаларға һәм ҡиммәттәргә ҡаршы ғәмәлдәр, уларҙы инҡар итеү, шулай уҡ уларҙы асыҡтан-асыҡ йәки йәшерен кире ҡағыу.
Хыянат йәки хыянат иткән кешене хыянатсы, мәкерле һәм әшәке кеше, йән һатыусы йәки һатлыҡ йән тип атайҙар. Һуғыш ваҡытында хыянат үлем менән язалана ала. Хыянат хыянатсы даими йөкләмәләре булған йәки яуап бирмәгән шәхестәргә йәки берләшмәләргә ҡағылырға мөмкин.
Төрлө мәҙәниәттәрҙә, диндәрҙә, хоҡуҡи системаларҙа хыянат әхлаҡи яҡтан дөрөҫ булмаған ғәмәл булып тора, әммә ҡайһы берҙә уны тарихи һәм социаль шарттарға ҡарап төрлөсә аңлайҙар[1].
Психологик мәғәнәлә хыянат - үҙ-үҙеңде, яҡындарын йәки бөтә берләшмәгә үҙгәрештәргә нигеҙләнгән ирекле һайлау һөҙөмтәһе. Әммә хыянатлыҡтың сәбәбе янауҙан ҡурҡыу, ә экстремаль осраҡтарҙа уны талау, мәҫәлән, язалау булыуы мөмкин. Социаль мәғәнәлә хыянат — кеше шул общинаның нормаларына һәм ҡиммәттәренә ҡаршы килгән йәмғиәттә ҡатнашыуҙан артыҡ йә йәшерен баш тартыу.
